Architectural design and planning are to be prepared by reputed architects in the country. After
finalizing the Floor Plan in consultation with you, we will prepare the RAJUK plan for submission and approval of the same. We will also prepare the working architectural drawings, structural drawings, and electrical and plumbing drawings before starting the construction.
Structural design shall be prepared by reputed and experienced professionals/consultants in the
country. Structural Design Parameters are based on American Concrete Institute (ACI) and
American Standards of Testing Materials (ASTM) Codes. A systematic structural combination of steel-reinforced concrete frames and shear wall core must be used. Floor Slabs are of Reinforced Cement Concrete. Comprehensive Checking and Testing of all steel reinforcement by professional Design and Supervising Engineers. Direct Supervision at every stage of construction shall be carried out by a team of experienced and qualified Civil Engineers. Protection from Cyclone Winds (up to 210 km per hour) shall be incorporated in structural design as per BNBC. Structure to withstand Earthquakes of prevalent intensity as per BNBC. Heavy reinforced cement concrete foundation.
Sub-Soil Investigation and Comprehensive Soil Composition test results shall be analyzed by BUET
before laying out the foundation.
