One of the main positives of Uttara are the proximity to good schools. Some of Dhaka’s top-notch primary and secondary schools are located in Uttara include Mastermind and South Breeze School, which are a couple of the schools that score top marks in the country. However, the universities  are not as highly regarded as other parts of Dhaka, a couple of notable ones include the Aeronautical Institute of Bangladesh and Asian University.
